Rashmi Vyas, M.B.B.S., M.D., M.H.P.E., FAIMER’s Associate Director of Regional Faculty Development, recently completed a year-long Fellowship in Executive Leadership in Academic Technology and Engineering (ELATE). ELATE at Drexel® is a national leadership development program designed to advance senior women faculty in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and related disciplines into effective institutional leadership roles within their schools and universities. As part of the fellowship program, Rashmi developed an Institution Action Project focused on Faculty Development in Project Management and Evaluation for the four FAIMER Regional Institutes in India.
