Originally working as Director of Research at the Merriam Hill Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts, she assembled a multidisciplinary team that developed the first “organizational energetics” training programs for professionals in North America. At the suggestion of the founders of the National Training Labs and other national experts, she launched Post Enterprises in 1986, developed a service mark for Systems Energetics, and began to successfully market consulting and training services to mainstream companies. She has published numerous articles demonstrating the effects of workplace stresses on health. She has held a variety of teaching positions at the University of Pennsylvania in the Organizational Dynamics program and at Wharton’s Aresty Institute for Executive Education, as well as at Temple University’s Executive M.B.A. program. She also spent three years at Wharton in the early 1990s as a coach to senior executives in the Advanced Management Program.

Nancy graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 with degrees in economics and psychology. In 1994, she earned her Ph.D. with Distinction in Organizational Behavior from the Union Institute in Cincinnati. She received a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute in Columbia, Maryland, and trained at the Houston School for Psychotherapy and Training, where she completed certification in individual and group dynamics.
